Welcome to Betws-Y-Coed Community Council website. We hope that you find the site useful and informative.
The Council represents the community of Betws-Y-Coed and also the interests of the many thousands of visitors who enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the locality in the heart of the Eryri National Park.
The council also manages several local amenities including Swallow Falls, The Memorial Hall, and Cae Llan.
There are eight members of the Community Council who meet on the 2nd Monday of each month, with the exception of August when no meeting is held.
The Community has an electorate of approximately 460. Council meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of each month.
Betws-Y-Coed Community Council is responsible for certain local amenities, including the Memorial Hall and Village Green.

The Council lies within the boundaries of Conwy County Borough Council and that of the Eryri National Park which has responsibility for all planning matters.
